Are you going to restock “X” design?
I don’t communicate restocks one on one via email or DM on Insta. It’s simply too disorienting and unorganized. I restock every popular design (especially AT designs) as often as is physically possible. Restocks typically occur once per month or every three months, depending on how high the demand is for specific designs.
When is this for sale? / When is the drop?
Current drop/restock info is always in my bio on Instagram! There are also reminders in my posts and stories. The best way to keep up with Fox Treats news is to subscribe to my newsletter, found on the bottom of the home page of this website!
Do you ship to my country?
I probably do! I offer shipping to many countries around the world. If you’d like to check, add an item to cart and proceed to checkout. Without ever needing to purchase, you can see available countries in the shipping section. If you don’t see your country, shoot me an email.
This item is sold out. Can I request a custom order of that item?
No. If an item is sold out, that means it is no longer available until it is restocked.
Can you make this into a necklace/keychain?
Nope! I do not have supplies to create necklaces. I do sell a keychains for select designs and will not alter an earring to be a keychain. However, feel free to do whatever the hell you want with my earrings once you purchase them!
Where can I find information about my order?
Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number. If you can’t find these emails, check your spam folder!
When will I receive my order?
Check the item description to see processing times. After your package leaves my hands, I have no control over when it arrives to your home. USPS typically takes 3-5 days to deliver domestic and 3 weeks international, but expect delays due to Covid and the holidays.
Where is my package?
I am not responsible for packages once I have dropped them off at the post office. It is the buyers responsibility to create a missing mail/package form. Please wait 3 weeks for US orders and 6 weeks for international orders before emailing me about a missing parcel.
Can I make a return/get a refund?
All sales are final. Per shop policy, I will accept returns and issue refunds only for items that are defective or broken due to an error of mine. I take extreme care into making sure my products are durable and structurally sound, however acrylic can break under stress. Please do not wear jewelry in water, and make sure you do not have earrings on when putting on/pulling of shirts. If your item breaks because it was dropped, pulled, etc. I cannot replace or refund it.
I will accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Email me to request a cancellation.
I have gauges/don’t have pierced ears. Can you switch out hardware?
Absolutely! All hardware changes can be added to your purchase through the listing called “Hardware Change”.
How big are your earrings? Are they heavy?
In each listing, there’s an approximate measurement in inches and weight in grams of each earring. Acrylic is relatively lightweight.
