Everything here is made by hand and with love. Sometimes you may notice small inconsistencies among pieces, but that is what makes them unique! However, if your jewelry breaks due to an error of mine, I will issue a replacement or refund. Replacements may require the purchase of a new shipping label, and these instances are handled on a case by case basis.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time unless the item is defective or broken due to my error. However, if a cancelation may be accepted if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

If an earring breaks due to customer error, you may email me requesting a custom order to purchase a replacement/replacement components and a new shipping label must be purchased.

In the event of a package returned to sender due to an erroneous shipping address, the customer is responsible for buying a new shipping label and providing their correct address. The listing “Fixing a 'Returned to Sender’ Package” should be purchased on this occasion so that I can send your order back to you. Please double check your shipping address when buying the new shipping label.

Lost packages are rare, but they do happen, especially with international orders. Please understand that you are purchasing at the risk of your package getting lost, and there is nothing I can do to find it for you. I am literally just one regular woman working in their basement with no special connections to USPS. If you find yourself in this unlucky situation, first of all I’m so sorry. Second, read below, and we can get through this together:

In the event of a lost or stolen package, the customer is responsible for filing a missing package claim with USPS. If USPS determines that the package is missing, feel free to reach out to me via email. Often times, USPS will not offer an investigation, especially for international orders, as First Class Package Service doesn’t include insurance. This is the most economical way to ship (i.e. the lowest price the customer can pay for shipping), with the caveat of no insurance. For domestic (US) orders, we can assume an order is lost after 30 days of no USPS scans. For international orders, we can assume an order is lost after 60 days of no USPS scans. These instances will be addressed on a case by case basis, but there is no guarantee that I can recreate the item. If I am able to replace the lost item, it will have to be purchased again. Earrings are the only item I can recreate in this event. As instances like these are out of my hands, I do not offer refunds. I understand that this can be very dissapointing, especially for international orders (shipping prices are crazy, I know). I will do my best to assist you, but I must stress that once packages are shipped, I relinquish responsibility and control over them.

In the event that a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Please check all pictures of products and the product description for measurements to make sure my creations are the right fit for you! I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges when measurements and product details are provided but misread/misunderstood/not read. If an item does not fit your body or a decoration does not fit the measurements of your home, feel free to email me, and I will do my best to assist you.

I typically ship orders out within 4-5 weeks. I’m just one person, and I want to give each order an equal amount of attention.

I typically respond to emails within 1-4 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

All earrings should be stored in a dry, dark place to avoid discoloration and tarnishing. Cleaning with a clean, dry (or damp when appropriate) cloth can remove dirt and dust. Email me with any cleaning or repair questions. While each piece is made to last, acrylic can break under pressure, so handle with care!
